During my time at gogamer.com I was involved in many prototype design projects. I decided to present an idea to bring lower cost but high quality interesting gaming mouse pads with either an “alien” not of this earth feel or grunge abstract patterns. Mouse pads were either yoga cats, cheese of the month… boring, and higher scale hardcore gaming mouse pads could run as high as $50 at that time. These designs where to be large format high quality with a sensitive laser point coating for faster mouse tracking with half the manufacturing costs compared to competitor offerings.
